What will happen on the retreat, what is required on my part?
DOES THIS INVOLVE HAVING PHYSICAL INTIMACY?

No

WILL I HAVE TO TOUCH OTHER PEOPLE?

There is no compulsion to do anything you don’t want to. You are sovereign at all times. We will encourage you in certain exercises to touch other people as part of the exercises around setting appropriate boundaries.

WHAT DO I TELL MY WIFE/SPOUSE/ PARTNER?

You are going to explore the aspects of you which are masculine and feminine to bring a sense of balance and harmonization. There is neither sex nor nudity on this programme. Your partner is welcome to attend the course with you.

HOW WILL PEOPLE GET URGENT MESSAGES TO ME?

The venue has landlines and email. If a message is absolutely urgent it will be passed on to you.

WHAT KIND OF PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED?

None. If you’ve done any personal development work in the past we shall be interested to understand its extent and areas of exploration but no previous work is required.

WILL I HAVE TO TAKE MY CLOTHES OFF?

We emphasise that you are sovereign at all times. You will never have to do anything.

The programme will be conducted fully clothed.

WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES SHOULD I BRING?

Bring casual clothes, yoga or sportswear, in which you can comfortably kneel on the floor or lie down.

Bring some smart casual wear or whatever you feel comfortable in for evening drinks and dinners with the group at the end of the day.
