Moving Beyond #MeToo to a Healthy and Inclusive Workplace - A Serenity in Leadership Report

Last year, Serenity in Leadership conducted a series of Facilitated Dialogues to explore feelings around changing gender roles, the manifestation of power in the workplace and the success of #MeToo and #TimesUp campaigns.

These events acted as the starting point for our own formal research around these themes, culminating in a survey of 320 C-Suite respondents and an equation capable of calculating the hidden costs of harassment in the workplace incurred by firms each year.
