Serenity in Leadership has had the privilege of working with a wide range of organisations to support their change process. Below are just a few examples of some of the relationships we have built and the problems we have solved.
The product of our work is a more aware and inclusive organisation which is led by people who are in turn more aware and inclusive. The benefits arise through an organisation’s ability to adapt to change and navigate complexity. Employee retention, engagement and performance all markedly improve with inclusion, and these can be measured compared to the cost of staff churn and loss of productivity, innovation and creativity through disengagement. Greater awareness also reflects in a better, more healthy relationship between the organisation and those with whom it interacts externally.
The clear evidence for financial benefit to organisations that are truly inclusive is unequivocal – see for example here.
