Acknowledging Burnout - an interview with Yewande Faloyin

We want to do the best we can but at the same time we are facing more and more challenges. People are feeling the pressure to perform with many things calling us to action. The easier answer is to work harder and harder, but what we are increasingly seeing is that we are not able to cope anymore; our bodies are only capable of doing so much. How do we recognise this burnout out? How do we deal with it? What is clear is that hiding it doesn't work; we have to face up to it.
