Diversity is non-negotiable

"We don't have the budget". Not many leaders realise the unspoken message that's put out to marginalised employees when DE&I training is relegated to low down on a list of priorities, along with staff who are lost in HR. The need is way larger than HR and it needs to be embraced by the Board and C-Suite. Let's change the mindset!
